Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's culture, vision, mission and strategic objectives. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters. 
  • To advise Group HR on any updates and changes to National HR policies.
Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across Europe. 
  • Implement robust talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. 
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop programmes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
  • Lead efforts to promote DEI within the organisation, ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees
.Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Organisational Development
  • Lead organisational development efforts, including change management, workforce planning, and the continuous improvement of HR processes in Europe. 
  • Review, formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. 
  • Develop risk management strategies related to HR functions and maintain robust employee 
Anforderungen
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior leadership role, covering all facets of HR management with proven track records.
  • Solid understanding of industrial, employee and labour relations including manpower regulations and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • The requirements are living close to the location in Emmerich am Rhein, Duesseldorf or Delden (NL).
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, DEI, and organisational development. 
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits, labour laws, and HR best practices.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and lead change initiatives.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
