  • Matching of oil positions against sales contracts concluded
  • By-Product matching
  • Sales and purchase contract hygiene to ensure matching correctness.
  • Critical reports - preparation on monthly basis and review along with Commercial Operations Manager 
  • Audit related document preparation under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
  • Sales master data hygiene
  • Transaction Cost Matrix – preparation and control on monthly basis
  • General Reporting relevant to the position
Anforderungen
  • Vocational training in commercial administration, or degree in higher education 
  • About 3 years’ experience in relevant functions
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • Proficiency in English, additional language skills are advantageous (German)
  • SAP skills are an advantage
